You've got questions, we've got answers.

Who owns the rights to the final product(s)?

As the creator of the work, BuzzMasters retains the exclusive rights to the final product but your agency and client will receive the license to use the product for your intended purpose. Full or exclusive rights can be negotiated if necessary.

Is this a white-label service?

Not entirely. While we are empowering your agency to provide larger-scope production services, we do not assume the name of any affiliated agency and will always interact with colleagues as members of the BuzzMasters team.

How does communication work?

Your agency will have the heaviest involvement in the pre-production phase as we refine the messaging and creative approach. Often, our team will take it from there and your agency will be apprised of developments at every stage. Our team is perfectly capable of interacting with the client directly or a member of your agency can be our stand-in customer champion and liaise on the end customer’s behalf. Otherwise, we encourage you to be a part of the creative process and engage in production and enjoy yourself.

What license is assigned to our agency?

Your agency will automatically receive licensing to present the work as part of your portfolio with the distinction being that it is not presented as a portfolio item for the production work itself but for the campaign, the production work was a part of. Additional licensing can be negotiated if necessary. Please note that no licensing is attributed to any other entity from BuzzMasters until all accounts are settled.

Will I receive a special rate on BuzzMasters services?

You will! As an agency affiliate partner, we will mark down our regular rates 10% so your agency profits from collaborating with BuzzMasters.

How does billing work?

Most projects are billed in two phases: initiation and acceptance. Before any work commences, a commitment fee of 50% of the total estimated project costs is due. Upon acceptance of the final deliverables, the final 50% of total estimated fees plus any approved overages are due before the content is licensed for use.

Check out what our customers have to say

They’re very in tune with the needs of the project

" The most important metric for us as a nonprofit is that the video will serve as support for future applications to get funding from our ministries. We just did two reports last week and the video was included; it’s a key piece and will help us with our center’s ongoing operations."

Executive Director at Small Business Centre

Everything they do is beyond our expectations

" We were supposed to have six months of funding, and we went through it in two months. BuzzMasters assisted us in promoting the program in a very appropriate and aggressive manner; they got the message out there."

Executive Director at Innovation Centre

You just know that the leaders and principals are highly-engaged in the work

" The video for our biggest fundraiser gained thousands of views. There’s obviously an awareness that’s built in the direct amount of traction that they tend to have, based on the approach they take and the work they’re doing."
