BuzzMasters is in immediate need of an appointment setter to support our 2019-2020 growth goals. 

Appointment setters provide support to the company’s sales team by calling prospective clients and scheduling appointments for them to speak with a salesperson. Appointment setters also provide general customer and administrative support. The appointment setter will work from home or the coworking facilities at 176 Lakeshore Drive, North Bay, Ontario, Canada. This is an entry-level position, and appointment setters usually work full- or part-time hours. They may also work overtime hours as needed to support the needs of the sales team.

Duties

  • Research and qualify prospective customers
  • Contact qualified prospects and set appointments for sales people
  • Handle all inbound customer inquiries and direct them to the appropriate parties
  • Keep accurate records using HubSpot CRM
  • Provide general administrative support

Qualifications

  • Post-secondary education
  • Strong sales aptitude
  • Customer service experience
  • Data entry skills
  • Interpersonal communication skills
  • Relationship management skills
  • Organizational skills
  • Experience working with G Suite (Gmail, Google Calendar, Google Drive) and Trello are assets

Pay

The appointment setter will receive minimum wage plus a quarterly bonus based on performance.
